Tuesday is a Mars Day
Mars is fire and energy and courage and assertiveness and bravery. It’s fighting spirit. He is the God of war. It’s a day of action and high energy. Mars is ruled by Aries which is CARDINAL FIRE. It’s the energy of the spring equinox and starts things new. A great day to launch new projects, start a new project, or start a new exercise routine. As there is fire there is heat. SO we need to fuel the fire and create warmth. Exercise is great - running, Zumba, dance, high impact sports or energetic yoga flow. We need to sweat and get the blood pumping around. He boosts health and gets you moving whilst keeping you motivated.
