Today’s card was a daily personal card pull. My notes on this at the end.

Strength - Sun in Leo

Numerology - 8. I’ve always had a special place for number eight as it’s the number of my life path. It represents power and success through determination. It speaks of achievement and abundance. However the number 8 is also ruled by Saturn who wishes for responsibility and slow steady action - a disciplined approach to life brings results. Also the number 8 represents infinity - a loop where we come back on ourselves and find situations rising again - but remember each time we overcome them.

The sun in Leo likes to shine - the warmth of the sun radiates through the sign of Leo. Here is it in domicile (or rulership) where it Leo is ruled by the Sun. It’s a card of immense inner power and resilience. It also helps one endure life by enabling the strength to overcome adversity (I mentioned that Saturn rules 8 and he demands patience to work through challenges). It’s a card of ‘KEEP GOING!’. It asks you to remain calm and draw upon your inner light to to live your best life and to be in love with it - I think gratefulness as a practice here helps. The courage of the lion is to be drawn upon as he will help you get through whatever challenges you may face. Remember you are powerful is the message. Sun in Leo also rules the 5th house of creativity and children (remember lions are fiercely protective of their pride (children)). Creatively Sun in Leo wishes to express yourself to the BEST of your potential. Grab hold of your creative drive and blast your way through obstacles.

PERSONAL NOTES
I think in the dark of winter it is too easy at times to be bogged down with darker days and lack of light (I’ll admit I’ve been a bit flat this week and lost my spark). In this case our light needs to radiate from within so today I am actually utilising Saturn (as he rules Saturday and it is Saturday morning) to do some arduous tasks (cleaning) in order to create space to put some twinkling Christmas lights up as we are just moving into December. By creating some sparkle in the home it will lift my inner sparkle to be able to appreciate winter and the magic of the month! Strangely enough a friend just messaged me with her Christmas lights up - maybe we need them a bit early this year to lift the heaviness of the current astrological skies!
